Love Printed.com. Been using these guys for over 10 years now. If there are ever any print issues (which does happen occasionally - particularly with lines through the print from the printer feeding equipment) they are very quick to resolve and get this fixed. Customer service is always excellent. Price is also very competitive. Thanks guys!

The options and templates make it so easy to have a variety of designs printed with so many sizes and cardstock or boards to choose from.

I have designed a brochure for the hair salon to be printed in foil. Natalie William was just super amazing help throughout! She explained in detail on what exactly I need to do and when I did it wrong, she always send me an example of what it will look like once printed.

I recently ordered two bookmark designs to be printed and I am really happy with the colour quality of the printed, the cut of the bookmarks and the paper stock and lamination. The ordered was also delivered quick. I will definitely order from Printed.com again!

Printed.com have over recent years become one of the few printers I approach when I need quality, affordable print. When I volunteered to design and print the Yearbooks for my daughter's school and the committee insisted on hardback books, I was relieved to find that printed.com offered these. The print was the final piece of the job (obviously) and I don't think I have enough complimentary words to describe how happy I am with the results! The print quality and finishing is top notch as I have come to expect from these guys. I thought delivery was a couple of copies short but when the final box appeared it turns out they'd over-delivered. Customer services at printed.com are friendly and knowledgeable and helped me throughout this project. Good luck, Adele! I was looking to print business flyers and wanted a pain-free exercise coupled with reasonable pricing. After a small amount of web research, I concluded that PRINTED.COM were reasonably priced and looked no further. Their website was well layed-out and easy to navigate so they passed the next test as I exit any site very quickly if navigation is cumbersome or information is unclear. Everything was very clear. Getting a quote is a simple click-click exercise by selecting options from drop-down boxes and the quote is produced on the spot. I had a problem in that I did not have suitable software for producing the required artwork in one of their required formats and the final artwork had to comply with specific requirements to ensure that there was no unwanted cropping of the flyer content. I produced my flyer using WORD and converted it to a PDF. Natalie kindly offered to review my artwork to ensure compliance and 2 issues were detected and corrected by Natalie.
I have now placed my first order rather painlessly thanks to Lauren and Natalie.

Awful experience, would not recommend it to anyone!

Ordered stiched booklet for a portfolio for my University project only to be let down time and time again by their communication.

At first, I thought their review period was very useful, spotting a few issues with my artwork. However, it quickly became an issue with it taking two days or more for responses. In total, I had 3 revisions (most due to embedding of fonts) Although they informed me of the issue they were not very useful to help with the issue. Well everyone except for David Parker who was able to fix the issue. I was then told my delivery would reach me a day before the deadline and they would personally ensure it would make it to print. Only to then be told on the final day that it had not even been printed and that the artwork team had, had another issue. Honestly, if you have anything that is time-sensitive DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Very easy to use website. Transaction very smooth.

I'm still yet to receive my finished print, but feel confident it will meet with my expectations.
